1. Product Category: Unstitched Suits

Unseamed primarily deals in unstitched suit sets.

Any images showing a model wearing a stitched garment are for styling, visualisation, and presentation purposes only. These images are intended to help customers imagine how the fabric may look once stitched.

The actual product delivered will be the unstitched suit/fabric set as described in the product details, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Customers are requested to read the product description, fabric details, measurements, components, and care instructions carefully before placing an order.

2. AI-Generated Model Images

Some model images, campaign visuals, or styling images used by Unseamed may be AI-generated for creative presentation and visual reference.

AI-generated model images are used only to represent the possible look, styling, and overall mood of the product. They may not show the exact real-life fit, fall, drape, length, texture, or final stitched outcome of the fabric.

The delivered product will be based on the product description and actual fabric details, not on the AI-generated model image alone.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that model images may be AI-generated and are used for reference purposes only.

3. Product Images and Visual Representation

We make every effort to represent our products as accurately as possible through images, videos, descriptions, and product details.

However, product visuals may vary slightly from the actual item due to lighting during the shoot, camera settings, editing, screen resolution, brightness settings, fabric texture, dye lots, and AI-generated visual presentation.

Slight variations in colour, tone, texture, print placement, embroidery, fabric fall, or overall appearance will not be considered a defect.

4. Colour Variation

The actual colour of the product may appear slightly different from what is shown on the website, Instagram, WhatsApp, or any other platform.

This can happen due to:

* Lighting during shoot
* Camera settings
* Editing and colour correction
* Screen resolution
* Mobile or laptop display settings
* Fabric texture and shine
* Dyeing or printing variations
* AI-generated presentation visuals

Such differences are natural and will not qualify the product for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund.

5. Product Details

We aim to provide accurate product information, including fabric type, colour, components, dimensions, work details, and care instructions.

However, minor differences may occur due to the nature of textiles, handwork, printing, dyeing, embroidery, and fabric production.

Unseamed reserves the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability, or images without prior notice.

6. Orders

Once an order is placed successfully, the customer will receive confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other communication method used by Unseamed.

Customers must ensure that all order details are correct before completing the purchase, including name, phone number, address, product selection, quantity, and payment details.

Unseamed will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or incorrect deliveries caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. No Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

All orders are considered final after confirmation. Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order has been confirmed, processed, packed, dispatched, or prepared for shipment.

Unseamed reserves the right to cancel an order from our side in case of product unavailability, pricing error, stock issue, payment issue, technical error, or any unforeseen circumstance.

8. No Return, No Exchange, No Refund

Unseamed follows a strict No Return, No Exchange, No Refund policy.

All purchases made through our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, store, or any other selling platform are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit for any reason, including but not limited to:

* Change of mind
* Incorrect product selection by the customer
* Colour variation
* Difference between screen colour and actual product colour
* Minor print, dye, texture, or handwork variation
* Expectation mismatch from AI-generated model images
* Expectation mismatch after stitching
* Incorrect interpretation of product images
* Customer’s tailor or stitching outcome
* Delivery delay caused by courier partners
* Sale, discounted, or promotional purchases
* Incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer
* Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

By placing an order with Unseamed, the customer agrees that the purchase is final and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Product

Every product is checked before dispatch. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To report an issue, the customer must share:

* Order number
* Clear images of the product
* A full unboxing video
* Clear description of the issue

The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

After reviewing the concern, Unseamed will decide the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion. The decision of Unseamed will be final.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier partners.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, customer location, courier serviceability, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Unseamed is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect customer information.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

11. Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, incomplete address, incorrect phone number, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the order, or lack of response from the customer, Unseamed will not be responsible for the failed delivery.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

No return, exchange, refund, or cancellation will be offered in such cases.

Unseamed is not responsible for payment delays or errors caused by banks, UPI apps, payment gateways, card providers, or third-party payment services.

No content may be copied, reproduced, edited, distributed, published, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Unseamed.

Unauthorised use of our content, images, designs, or brand identity may result in legal action.
