At Unseamed, all products are carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Due to the nature of our garments, including unstitched, made-to-order, limited-edition, handcrafted, and customised pieces, we follow a strict No Refund policy.

All purchases made on the Unseamed website are final.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Order cancellation after confirmation
• Change of mind
• Incorrect order details entered by the customer
• Incorrect shipping address or phone number
• Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
• Colour or texture variation
• Sale, customised, or made-to-order products
