Returns Policy
Once an order has been placed and delivered, it cannot be returned.
We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Colour variation due to screen settings
- Minor fabric, print, or handwork variation
- Delay in delivery
- Sale or discounted purchases
- Customised, stitched, altered, or made-to-order products
Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
All orders are considered final after confirmation. Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order has been confirmed, processed, packed, dispatched, or prepared for shipment.
Unseamed reserves the right to cancel an order from our side in case of product unavailability, pricing error, stock issue, payment issue, technical error, or any unforeseen circumstance.
